Over the weekend, Saudi air defenses intercepted another Houthi missile targeting the southern city of Najran.
In principle, the coalition says the goal of the blockade is to stop Iranian weapons from entering Yemen to supply the Houthi rebels who are in control of much of the north, including the capital Sanaa.
"It borders on the absurd for the coalition to claim its own investigations are credible when it refuses to release even basic information like which countries participated in an attack and whether anyone has been held accountable".
A European Union naval force that operates in the region confirmed the ship was underway, adding that the crew were safe and unharmed. It gave no further details.
The funding appeal came a day after several children were among those killed in a strike on the rebel-held port of Hodeida.
Once again on Monday, the Houthis tried to target Saudi territories by launching a ballistic missile.
The coalition said it was investigating the reports and could not immediately comment.

The war in Yemen is now the world's worst humanitarian crisis, with more than 22 million people - three-quarters of the population - in desperate need of aid and protection, United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres said.
Saudi Arabia and its allies shut down the country's land, sea and air borders a year ago in response to a missile attack by the Huthis that was intercepted near Riyadh. Half of the funds were pledged by governments taking part in the Yemeni war, AFP reports.
Guterres said he saw "positive perspectives" for preparing a plan of action "to lead to an effective inter-Yemeni dialogue able to achieve a political solution, with of course the involvement of all those that are relevant in this conflict".
The United States announced almost $87 million in additional humanitarian aid, while the European Union pledged €107.5 million ($132 million) in new funding this year.
Meanwhile, Yemen's foreign minister, who was also present at the conference, called for a return to the negotiating table to end the devastating three-year civil war in the country.
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates intervened in a civil war in Yemen in 2015 against the Houthis to restore the internationally recognised government of President Abd Rabbuh Hadi.
