The iPhone 8 Product Red edition with 64GB storage will cost Rs 67,940 whereas the 128GB variant will cost Rs 81,500.
The decision to remove the headphone jack from the iPhone 7 sent Apple fans into a spiral of sadness.
Apple's iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus (PRODUCT) RED Edition smartphones are now available for purchase in India. The handset is supposed to replace the current iPhone SE model, which is understandably reaching end-of-life since the hardware is pretty outdated at this point.
The official release date of the phone is still unknown, while there is a chance of it getting its debut at the Apple's annual conference, WWDC to be held in June.
And in conjunction with the suspected death of the expensive iPhone X, rumors have begun to swirl about Apple's next move, with many speculating that a second generation iPhone SE might be in the works due to its affordability.

Now some fresh renders of the Apple iphone SE 2 have appeared again to reveal a complete smartphone.
Sensing the need for a faster processor, iPhone SE 2 could be powered by a faster processor A10 Fusion chip-set, which is the same chip used in iPhone 7. Rumours at the time also suggested that iPhone SE 2 would sport a 4-inch display, which is similar to iPhone SE, along with Touch ID and that it could be placed in the same price range as its predecessor.
Unsurprisingly the device featured here doesn't come with any of the high-end features included on the iPhone X like FaceID or a bezel-free display. It is expected for the company to have sold near about 14 million units of iPhone during the initial quarter of the year, down from a predicted 27 million units in the December quarter.
