As a recap, Google Home was launched alongside the Google Home Mini, which is priced at Rs 4,499. These are available in white and grey but the changeable base covers are not now being launched in India. The product, which is now Flipkart-exclusive, will also be made available at 750 offline stores. Google Home Mini is available in two colours - Chalk and Charcoal. The Assistant in Hindi is rolling out to Android phones 6.0+ (Marshmallow and above) and soon coming to Android 5.0 Lollipop, iPhones as well as Android Oreo (Go edition) devices. The larger of the two Google Assistant-powered smart speakers was unveiled at Google's first hardware event in October 2016, whilst the smaller of the two was unveiled at the Mountain View company's second hardware event in October 2017.
The telecom company has announced that interested users can buy Google Home or Home Mini from a Reliance Retail Store to get a free JioFi. The customer on-board on any FRC starting at Rs.149 (+Prime Rs.99) will instantly get an additional data of 100GB (10GB data add on 10 vouchers) in the MyJio account. Google Assistant in Hindi rolled out officially a few weeks ago, and it'll be heading to the Google Home and Home Mini at a later date.
In case of Bengaluru, ACT GIGA will come with free Google Home Mini. This offer will last until April 30. There is now no word on whether Google plans to launch Google Home Max in India.
The Google Home Mini also features four LEDs on the top for notifying you about stuff. To activate it you would have to pay Rs 149 (while buying the SIM with the plan) and Rs 99 to activate it. You can also connect the Google smart speaker with your Chromecast device.

On the top of the device is a touch-based control for manually managing volume on the device. It has a sleek design with no corners or edges, and about the size of a donut. It's nearly entirely enclosed in custom fabric.
