FACEBOOK-OWNED Instagram plans to launch a tool that lets you download everything you've ever shared on the app.
We're not sure how well that would work though, given that videos are in motion and maintaining focus without messy background blurs is a challenge.
With the above, Instagrammers on iOS get another feature - the @mention sticker - which makes it "even easier to connect with friends" in stories.
You can get Hulu and Spotify for $12.99 Month
As such, the company will make its service much better for free users, who are most likely to be turned into paying subscribers. Spotify is the world's largest music streaming service with 157 million users with 71 million of those being paid subscribers.
Instagram says Focus is available on the iPhone 6S and up and select Android devices as part of an app update.
Scroll through the options at the bottom of the screen until you find Focus, it's located between Boomerang and Superzoom. Once the camera recognises a face, it will create a synthetic bokeh effect.
The feature is also creeping into applications such as Instagram, who have started rolling out something called a "Focus" mode. This feature is now in the rollout phase and is limited to iOS users. Given that links and resharing are pretty peripheral features on the app, it's less likely to fall victim to the abundance of fake news that proliferates on Zuckerberg's original brainchild (or rather, its users are).
Just like all stickers, it can be rotated, scaled and placed wherever you want. It will only be available for selected Android devices only, and you have to have specifically at least Android 5 or later.
Do you think Focus is a good thing since it will focus on the face rather than background images? You could also add the image to your story if you like. Let us know in the comments section below.
