As the court awaits Judge Steven O'Neill's decision about whether Cosby will ultimately be listed in the state of Pennsylvania's sex registry (it's very likely given the judge's ruling this morning that the registry is, in fact, constitutional), more testimony is expected. His attorneys have filed an appeal in the case.
The judge is also expected to decide whether to declare Cosby a "sexually violent predator" - a scarlet letter that would make him subject to mandatory lifetime counseling and community notification of his whereabouts. All of the women told stories that were markedly similar to Constand's: Cosby would offer to be their mentor before plying them with alcohol and drugs and sexually assaulting them.
Cosby's side didn't call any character witnesses, and his wife of 54 years, Camille, was not in court.
The trial, on aggravated indecent assault charges, centered on testimony from Constand and also featured testimony from five "prior bad acts" witnesses who similarly said Cosby had drugged and assaulted them. Constand's allegations were in line with others, but hers were unique in that the statute of limitations on the crime had not yet expired. In Cosby's case, he was only convicted after a jury heard from several women, rather than only one, underscoring the challenges sole accusers can face.
That was Cosby's second trial for these charges - the jury in the first trial deadlocked, and the judge declared a mistrial.
Cosby, the first high-profile American celebrity to be convicted in the #MeToo era, should be locked up for as long as a decade and be required to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life, prosecutors said.
Cosby has denied assaulting Constand and contends their sexual encounter was consensual.

Kathy McKee, a former actress who has accused Cosby of raping her, told CNN that listening to the news about Cosby's sentencing stirs up some "very hard and deep emotions".
He could get probation to 30 years in prison on Monday, when he is scheduled for sentencing for three sexual assault convictions. Mr. Cosby heard me.
Her mother, Gianna Constand, said she "lost the ability to trust anybody" as a result of the assault and her father, Andy Constand, said the attack affected their whole family. A number of accusers, including model Janice Dickinson, were on hand for the sentencing hearing.
Cosby arrived Monday and Tuesday with his spokespeople, Wyatt and Ebonee Benson. However, judges are allowed to issue sentences beyond those guidelines.
Cosby did not testify at the trial and has spoken publicly only infrequently since his criminal trial began.
That came when the prosecutor asked the judge to revoke his bail at an earlier hearing, claiming he was a flight risk and had a private plane.
He could also be sentenced to house arrest at his sprawling estate near Philadelphia, or even be freed on bail while appealing the sentence.
The 81-year-old comedian did not make a statement in court.
