According to a report, the actor, who first appeared as the superhero in 2013's 'Man of Steel', and later reprised his role in "Superman V Batman' and last year's 'Justice League', is parting ways with Warner Bros".
In a short video, captioned "Today was exciting #Superman", Cavill wears a "Krypton Lifting Team" t-shirt, looking directly into the camera as a version of the Blue Danube waltz plays - a version which features barking dogs.

Gal Gadot is returning for Wonder Woman 1984, slated for release in November 2019, Jason Momoa headlines a solo Aquaman movie this December and Ezra Miller remains onboard to star in a Flash movie, which is due to begin shooting in early 2019.
A source said that one of the reasons is that Warner Bros. plans to shift the focus on a Supergirl movie, which will be an origin story.
At the time of writing, Warner Bros. has yet to confirm or deny Cavill's exit from the DCEU.
Meanwhile, Dany Garcia, Cavill's rep and former wife to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, implied that Cavill isn't hanging up his cape just yet.
