As well as facing potential life behind bars in a criminal case in New York, Weinstein faces almost a dozen lawsuits filed by some of the 80 women who have accused him of sexual assault and harassment.
The statute of limitations reportedly passed in the Spacey and Seagal cases, whereas Anderson's alleged victim "refused to cooperate with investigators", according to Variety.
In a statement to PEOPLE, Anderson "unequivocally" disputed the woman's claims.

The cases were reviewed by a task force established to evaluate sex abuse allegations in the entertainment industry in the wake of dozens of women accusing disgraced film mogul Harvey Weinstein and others of abuse. However, the LA district attorney's office decided not to file charges after she "declined to be interviewed by the investigating officer". A sexual battery allegation from 2016 in Malibu is still under review by the district attorney.
Spacey became embroiled in controversy in 2017 when actor Anthony Rapp accused him of trying to seduce him in 1986 when Rapp was 14. That makes it too old to prosecute under the relevant penal code at the time. Spacey, 59, stated that he did not remember the alleged incident, but apologized for what "would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior".
Spacey and Seagal are facing potential charges in other cases now under investigation.
The two-time Oscar victor has been accused of sexual misconduct by at least 15 men, with alleged incidents spanning his decades in film and on the stage.
He was also sacked from Netflix drama, House Of Cards, and erased from Ridley Scott's, All The Money In The World.
