According to ESPN, which cited unidentified sources, the Buccaneers have been actively shopping the wide receiver for a potential trade and Philadelphia would be the preferred destination for Jackson. BSPN is reporting the Eagles sent a sixth-round pick in 2019 to the Bucs and will get a seventh-rounder from Tampa Bay next year. After finding out that going where the highest paycheck is, isn't exactly the recipe for winning championships, Jackson made a decision to take a different route.
The report noted a trade is favored, though some teams believe Jackson will be released instead.
